In 2003 she obtained the Diploma in Business Sciences in Cáceres, at the University of Extremadura, completing her training later in 2006 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management in Córdoba at the Etea-Loyola University.
This training was complemented by a University Expert in ‘Management of centers and services for the care of dependent persons’, as well as an Expert in 'Social Security' by UNIA (International University of Andalucía).
She started her professional career in 2006, starting in the HR Department, and afterwards she occupied the position of Residence Director for severely affected people FEPAMIC from 2012 to 2016. In the middle of 2016 she became Strategic Director of FEPAMIC, posts that she has been combining with her work in the associative field. Currently she is president of FEPAMIC and vocal at CODISA-PREDIF Andalucía (Confederation of Entities of People with Physical and Organic disability). Her career has always focused on the defense of the rights of the collective of people with disabilities and with functional diversity, ensuring that the associative movement of and for people with disabilities promotes full integration, the improvement of life quality and defense of their interests through the promotion of initiatives that satisfy their needs, generate employment and add value, contributing to the development and equality of opportunities in society.
